Straight answers about how engagements work — onboarding, quality, security and pricing. If your question isn't here, just ask.
Getting Started
Most engagements go live within one to three weeks depending on complexity. Simple support or back-office queues can launch in about a week; healthcare and campaign work with training requirements typically takes two to three.
We prefer engagements of three months or more because trained, dedicated teams take a few weeks to hit full stride — but we discuss terms openly, and pilot arrangements are available for larger prospective engagements.
Yes, and we often recommend it. A small pilot (for example, two agents on one workflow) lets you validate quality before scaling.
The service you need, rough volumes (calls/day, tickets/day, records/week), coverage hours, and the tools you use. From that we can typically return a proposal within one to two business days.
Working Together
Dedicated. Your agents work only on your account and are trained only on your processes — this is core to how we maintain quality.
We run coverage aligned to client time zones, including US business hours and 24/7 models for active clients.
However you already work — most clients use their existing chat tools plus a weekly review call. You'll also have a named account manager as your single point of contact.
Every account has documented SOPs and at least one cross-trained backup, so transitions don't reset your training investment. Replacement agents train on your account before taking live work.
Quality & Reporting
Through interaction scoring against a rubric agreed with you, sampled QA audits, customer satisfaction collection where applicable, and error-rate tracking for back-office work — all shared transparently.
At minimum, weekly performance summaries covering volume, quality and outcomes. Campaign-based work (insurance, lead generation) includes daily activity reporting.
Yes. Calls are recorded for QA and recordings can be made available to you as part of the engagement.
Data & Security
Confidentiality agreements, pre-launch privacy training, least-privilege access, and working inside your systems rather than exporting data to ours. Full details are on our Security & Compliance page.
Yes. Confidentiality terms are standard in every engagement, and we sign additional agreements such as BAAs where the engagement requires them.
Our delivery team is based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, serving clients internationally with time-zone-aligned coverage.
Pricing & Terms
Most engagements are priced per dedicated agent per month, varying by role complexity and coverage hours. AI voice and automation projects are scoped per project. See our Pricing & Engagement page for models.
Standard launches don't carry setup fees. Complex integrations or custom AI voice builds may include a one-time setup component, always quoted up front.
With notice per your agreement — typically 30 days. We'd rather part cleanly than lock in an unhappy client, and all your SOPs and documentation go with you.
